The privacy policy describes the principles of how we process information about you, including personal data and cookies (so-called cookies).

1. General Information

  1. This policy applies to the website operating at the URL: dobregonastroju.pl

  5. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Handling inquiries via forms
    • Presentation of offers or information

    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By saving cookies (so-called “cookies”) on end-user devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data input areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.
  2. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, particularly meaning regular updates of programming components.

3. Hosting

4. Your rights and additional information on data usage

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to execute the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
    • hosting company under the entrustment agreement
    • companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be kept longer than necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). Marketing data will not be processed longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    • access to your personal data,
    • their correction,
    • deletion,
    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to processing indicated in section 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, but this objection cannot be exercised if there are overriding legitimate grounds for processing that prevail over your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly for the establishment, pursuit, or defense of claims.
  5. You have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for servicing the Website.
  7. Automated decision-making processes, including profiling, may be used regarding you to provide services within the contract and for direct marketing purposes by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data are not transferred from third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.
  2. The Website may save information about connection parameters (time designation, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Website may save information facilitating linking data in the form with the email address of the user filling the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., for handling service inquiries or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform about its purpose.

6. Administrator logs

  1. Information about user behavior on the site may be logged. These data are used to administer the site.

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of site traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to this service provider, only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s device. Users can view and edit preference information collected by the Google advertising network using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology makes Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) aware that a registered user is using the Website. This is based on data for which Facebook itself is the administrator; the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service relies on cookies stored on the user’s device.

8. Information about cookies

  1. The Website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, especially text files, stored on the end device of the Website user and intended for using the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Website user and accessing them is the Website operator.
